Healthier Choc Chip Raisin Oatmeal Cookies

¼ c aquafaba (the liquid drained from a can of chickpeas)

⅓ c coconut sugar

¼ c tahini

3 tbsp applesauce

1 tbsp olive oil

¾ c oats

¾ c almond flour

¼ c gluten free flour blend(you could try all oat flour)

¼ c oat flour 

¼ c choc chips

¼ c raisins

Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly combined.  Drop dough by the tbsp on a parchment/ silicon lined cookie sheet.  Bake for 12 mins in a 350 deg preheated oven.  ENJOY
