Yoga and Movement Therapy
As a 200 hour Certified Yoga instructor, and over 10,000 hours of clinical experience, Amanda offers one-on-one appointments for those looking to further their yoga practice, or who need help to change postural or movement patterns. Whether you have a beginner or advanced practice or history with yoga, Pilates, or exercise, she will tailor your experience accordingly. Breaking down movement and postural patterns within your body, you can expect a variety of breathwork, mobility, stretching, and anything else your body needs that day.
