Banana Oat Muffins
3 ripe bananas
½ c coconut sugar
⅓ c peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
¼ c oat milk (or any non dairy milk)
⅓ c vanilla protein powder
1 c oats
¾ c gf flour
Pinch salt
2 tsp baking powder
¾ tsp baking soda
¾ c choc chips
Preheat oven to 350 deg and line a muffin tin with 12 liners
Mash up your bananas, then add in sugar, peanut butter and vanilla. Mix until well combined. Add in oat milk and mix. Add in remaining ingredients and stir until flour is mixed in and batter is incorporated. Divide into muffin tins and bake for 25 mins.
